A Force in the Courtroom
Jim Crosby has a rich and varied history representing individual and institutional clients in all aspects of complex and general business litigation. His litigation expertise and trial experience are on par with top-flight litigators and trial attorneys in the largest of national firms, and his knowledgeable, direct, personal representation is the hallmark of his success.
While Jim has represented plaintiffs and defendants in all types of business litigation, his practice focuses primarily on commercial, contract, intellectual property, unfair competition, real property, and business tort litigation in state and federal courts.
Every matter is handled directly by Attorney Jim Crosby and Paralegal Khyra Scholze. Their experience covers nearly all aspects of business dispute resolution, litigation, and trials. Jim and Khyra often handle highly complex matters, regularly taking on some of the biggest firms in California. Their effectiveness as a team enables them to manage matters expeditiously, without the need for excessive staffing and associated overhead. Jim directly handles all depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in all cases. Khyra assists in all aspects of every case with special emphasis on document management and eDiscovery. However, Jim and Khyra also rely on a network of proven attorneys to assist and support in discovery and motion practice, as and when needed.
